Purchase and Shipping

I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you have any questions please contact me in advance of your purchase.

Every effort has been made to photograph and represent artwork as accurately as possible with respect to size, medium used, textures and colour.  The image you see may be different due to variations in browsers, devices and screen settings and no responsibility can be taken for such inconsistencies.  Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such variation will not be a valid reason for return.

Purchasing

Payments through this site are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Singapore dollars.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details. 

Payments that are invoiced to you, after a direct correspondence, are taken through Square in Singaporean Dollars.  We will send you an invoice directly through Square Space.  We do not store any of your credit card details

Paying by e-transfer within Singapore

I offer the option to pay by e-transfer (including PayNow and PayLah) within Singapore.  This saves on credit card fees.  If you want to send an e-transfer, please email me to make the arrangements prior to purchase.

Reserving

Artworks can be reserved with a 50% non-refundable deposit taken through PayPal, Stripe, or e-transfer (e-transfer within Singapore only). The item will then be held for 7 working days, and marked sold once the full amount is paid.

Shipping

My work is shipped to you from Singapore.

Please be aware that I am offering shipping to Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Ireland, Germany, France, India, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Philippines, United Arab Emirates only at this time.  However if you are outside of these countries, please contact me here and I would be more than happy to give you a quote to send an artwork internationally. 

Please note that overseas and border-crossing shipments (outside Singapore) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country.  Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense.  We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

How is my payment handled?

Shipping cost is added at checkout based on the size of the work and your location.  Shipping costs charged to you contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees and insurance.

Note:  At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly due to Covid-19 issues, especially on air freight.  If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 7 working days.  Items sent within Singapore will be delivered by local courier, Singapore Post (Smart Pac or Registered Mail) depending on the size and weight of the item. Pieces shipped internationally are sent by Singapore Post (registered mail).  If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

Returns

I do not offer returns on artwork as standard. A return request must be done via email (including an image of the artwork) within 7 days of receipt. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service by which it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned and assessed to be not damaged, we will refund your payment within 14 days. Refund is for the cost of the art only and does not include the cost of shipping or Paypal, Stripe or Square fees.

What about Overseas Returns?

At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Singapore.
