Agy’s popular free motion embroidery workshops are held in Singapore on a regular basis and includes the Basic Free Motion Embroidery Workshop and Intermediate Free Motion Embroidery Workshop. These have also been taught in schools. Agy also holds a Broderie Anglaise masterclass.

Basic & Int free motion embroidery - 23 Feb 2025
Want to break the rules when using a sewing machine? Are you longing to sew something other than a straight line? Then Free Motion Embroidery (FME) is for you! Join this informative yet practical class run by Agy Textile Artist. At the end of the basic session, everyone gets to take home their own free motion embroidered tea towel!
If you want to learn about sewing on dissolvable fabric, then take part in the intermediate free motion embroidery session happening on the same day! Agy will teach you how to create your own lace-like fabric and textures using this amazing material.

Broderie Anglaise Eyelets - Basic & Intermediate: 8 March 2025
BASIC - Stem and Eyelet Masterclass (11am - 130pm): This workshop is suitable for beginners who want to learn the basics of broderie anglaise. You will learn how to make stem stitches, small eyelets with satin stitch, and large eyelets with buttonhole stitch. These are the foundation stitches for creating beautiful patterns on fabric.
INTERMEDIATE - Cutwork and Cord Masterclass (2.30pm - 5.30pm): This workshop is for intermediate learners who want to improve their skills and create more intricate designs with the eyelet You will learn how to make cutwork and cord stitch, which are used to create holes and fillings on fabric.

Included in the masterclass is a comprehensive starter kit that includes all the materials and tools you need for the workshop. Plus, you'll receive a guide and patterns to ensure your success. If you are purchasing the Bundle, only one set of tools will be provided.

Corporate Workshops
Regular textile art based workshops are available for corporate, schools, public and private audiences. Sessions can be customised based on the client’s objectives and needs. Topics include upcycling textiles and sustainable fashion, and the practice of slowing down through stitch meditation and repair.
Agy has also been invited overseas to conduct workshops. Her most recent one was in September 2019 to be part of Greenbeats by ClubMed Tomamu.
