Studio Tour

Take a tour of my studio!

Take a tour of my studio!

It’s been one month since we have been on lockdown (otherwise known as the circuit breaker here). During this time, I have been taking a break from my art work. It has been worrying to see how productive others have been during these strange times, but I have to remind myself that it is okay to take a break and relax a little. If you have been struggling with getting anything done, just breathe and focus your mind on other things that are important to you. The creative juices will come back - they are just taking a break and “rejuvenating”!

In the mean time, here’s a little tour of my studio (which is in my room), how I organise my work, my samples and threads, and also some tips I have acquired during my artist journey.

  • How to store fabric

  • What to do when you have a mental block with an art piece

  • What’s on my inspiration board

  • How to make tax filing a lot easier

Which is your favourite part of the tour? What does your studio look like?

A quick tour of my studio and some tips on how I work and store my work. Even my cat loves hanging out with me!
