I have been using Broderie Anglaise to create the delicate and intricate details of corals. This beautiful and historical technique can be used in other projects too, including creating intricate embellishments on clothing and upholstery. It can also be used as a way of ‘hiding’ holes too!

I’m delighted to share that my in-person Broderie Anglaise class will be going ahead at Yarning Hearts in Singapore on 21st April. This full day masterclass will take you through the basics of Broderie Anglaise from creating eyelets to stems, and finally learning how to sew bars across the cutouts.
